This Story :
Features Ogalala Sioux historically hand drawn signatures and moon phases. My favorite is October, or “Moon of Falling Leaves”.
This painting also includes the "Sipapu" symbol, or the place of origination symbol (spiral)--this is the hole in which the first peoples of this world entered. As "They" stepped outside of the "Sipapu", they changed from lizard-like beings into homo sapiens, or human form.
It is from this point that the "First Peoples" of the Earth began to divide and separate,
creating differing tribes among the first settlements of the first humans.
At times, off-shoots from the original spiral indicate several places of encampment, or settlement. It is like “an Origin Map”.
